A good place to live, and the amenities are worth the price compared to other apartments in the area. Aesthetically it looks better than the other apartment complexes as well.

I would like to compliment one of your employees, Chloe, Leasing manager for Colonial Village. She was very helpful in walking me through the new rent system, utilities and my lease. She was very courteous and kind to explain everything to me. I was having a problem in signing my new lease and she helped me complete that today. I would just like to recommend her as a very good employee.
